Participating companies could offer to their employees this opportunity, you could put up your work profile into a large online database (also accessible from the mobile) and others could search for relevant roles/companies to do an exchange with for a week. The experience would be recorded using a mobile diary (video, text, email) which would be posted to the site for others to see feedback. You are also then expanding your network personally and professionally.
